U12 Girls Final – Photos

Check out these brilliant photos, taken by Carol Pentony from yesterday evening’s U12 Girls Final between Skryne and Ratoath. Skryne put in a fantastic effort and entered the closing stages leading by a goal. However, the girls from Ratoath threw everything at Skryne as the clock ticked towards full time. A late goal and a point saw them edge ahead as the final whistle sounded. Well done to all the players, who put their heart […]

A Hero’s welcome for Skryne’s Olympian Natalya Coyle

If you look up the dictionary for Hard Working, Committed, Honest, Kind, Great attitude, driven, focused and determination Natalya Coyle’s name would be beside every single one. Natalya is certainly a star in our eyes and although disappointed and honest in her chat with Stephen she definitely is Ireland’s Gold Medal winner. Natalya gave her honest opinion of the Olympics and even spoke of watching back at the show jumping and disappointment that came with […]

Fantastic performance by the Skryne U15 girls in the Feile Shield in Grangegodden

Skryne U15 girls travelled to sunny Grangegodden last Saturday to take part in the Feile Shield.  Each game was 24 minutes long which when first proposed seemed a little short. However, with the weather being so hot, this may have proved a blessing in disguise, particularly since Skryne’s route to the final saw them play 6 matches, 5 of these were back to back, so the schedule certainly didn’t favour Skryne. Group Stage: Skryne were […]

Division 3 – Final    The Covid 19 restrictions prevented many supporters from witnessing what will surely go down as one of the classic finals. LGFA U14 Football Championship. Division 8 – Final. Skryne fall at the last hurdle!

Navan O’ Mahonys outmuscle Skryne in the battle of Brews Hill Navan O’Mahonys 6-10 Skryne 1-02 LGFA U14 Football Championship. Division 8 – Final  Scorelines tend to give a fairly accurate picture of how a game pans out and who was the superior team on the day and it would be absolutely fair to say that O’Mahonys were the best team on the day in yesterday’s Division 8 final and they deserved their victory. They […]

With Skryne hosting the Kellogg’s Cul Camps this year and thanks to Damien Sheridan who is our GPO who did fantastic work along […]
