Skryne U7s Practice day in November

With strange times due tp Covid Skryne U7s are continuing to practice on the Astro on Saturday 21st of November. The weather conditions were perfect and it looked like a summers day. The practice was certainly fun for the kids you can see from the photos they are certainly enjoying the fun and games. The kids are the future of Skryne and doubt that they will win many a trophy.

Unfortunately the pandemic is still around and we want to let people know that the Covid Support Group is still there if help is needed. If you need help or vulnerable please reach out to us. We have listed some volunteers who have offered there help from Groceries to collecting medication or delivering or collecting Post. The pandemic isn’t gone but together we can get through this. U6’s Superstar Hero’s enjoy practice on the Astro.

There was great excitement this morning as there is every Saturday morning. The U6s Super Star Heroe’s where practicing this morning. There is fantastic work being put in by the coaches and players. Skryne U11’s play Go Games with Dunsany & Moynalvey

As day turned into night at Father Mc Manus Park Skryne U11’s welcomed visitor’s Dunsany and Moynalvey to Skryne. Skryne had a panel of 31 Players which is fantastic and at U9’s there is 28 Players. Skryne U13’s meet a strong St Colmcilles side in the final.

Skryne U13s played there Div 2 final on a Saturday 19th at father Mc Manus Park. Conditions were dry and a little cool at times. Skryne bow out of LMFM Div 1 Minor Semi Final.

Skryne went into the Div 1 Shield Semi Final with some confidence after playing a challenge match against Ballymun Kickhams on a good display. Skryne U13’s made the journey with the help of the parents to Grangegodden in Kells knowing they were in a semi final. The only thing to b decided was who to was have the home advantage. Skryne U15’s played Round Towers in the 3rd Round of the Championship at Father Mc Manus Park in Skryne. Skryne & Rorys Stories Solo Challenge for Livie

11 Clubs including Skryne GFC took part in a campaign to raise much needed funds for Livie. It was a Solo Challenge where Skryne had to solo from a Ballymagarvey Village to The Snailbox with Rory from Rory’s Storie’s.
