U12’s Spring League Champions !!!!

On a wonderful sunny evening in Walterstown, the Skryne U12 footballer overcame the challenge of neighbours Seneschalstown to win the Meath U12 Group B title on a 31-29 scoreline.  With just one score separating the sides when they played in the earlier rounds a tight and close game was anticipated.  Great credit is due to the large number of supporters from both sides that made their way to cheer on the players.  With both games […]

Skryne U12s Progress to U12 Spring League Final

Following hot on the heels of the success of the U14s, the Skryne U12s have made it through to the final of the U12 Spring League.  Their opponents will be Seneschalstown and the final is fixed for Wednesday 8th June in Pairc Tailteann, with a 6.15pm throw in. Skryne U12’s play challenge matches against teams from Kildare in Abbotstown super facilities

Skryne boys U12’s played some challenge games on the fine facility in Abbotstown centre of excellence. The center cost €12 million to build with €500k received for a grant. This is a fine facility and has a pitch that is built the same dimensions as Croke Park and also full size Astro pitch and a gym. Skryne Boys U12’s keep to the winning ways against Simonstown.

Skryne U12’s played Simonstown Friday 29th in Father Mc Manus Park when two Hrs prior to throw in there was heavy sleet showers. Luckily the weather improved for the 7.00pm throw in and the spectators were treated to two games that had end to end action by both teams. Skryne U12’s put on fantastic performance against St Pats.

Skryne made the journey to St Pats in Stamullen to the superb facilities. With a dry spell and a cool wind conditions were ideal for a game.
