A tribute to Sean Smyth

The Parish of Skryne and particularly Skryne GFC were plunged into mourning this week on hearing of the sad passing of Séan Smyth (Skryne) after an illness borne with typical determination and without complaint. Skryne GFC AGM 2020

Skryne GFC held their first ever virtual AGM yesterday evening, Monday 14th December 2020 using the Microsoft Teams online platform. We had 28 delegates in attendance in what was to be the last AGM under the chair of outgoing Chairperson Senan McGrath who completed a successful 3 year term in the position. Santa makes a surprise visit to Skryne.

21st Anniversary of the 1999 Keegan Cup win

Skryne U7s Practice day in November

With strange times due tp Covid Skryne U7s are continuing to practice on the Astro on Saturday 21st of November. The weather conditions were perfect and it looked like a summers day. The practice was certainly fun for the kids you can see from the photos they are certainly enjoying the fun and games. The kids are the future of Skryne and doubt that they will win many a trophy.
